Welcome to Ghostwriter. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our application. By accessing or using Ghostwriter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Use of the Application

You agree to use Ghostwriter only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of Ghostwriter. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress to other users
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within Ghostwriter
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the service

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of Ghostwriter, you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Protect your account credentials and not share them with others

Failure to comply with these requirements constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. User Content

When using Ghostwriter, you may create, upload, or share content. By doing so, you:

• Retain all your ownership rights to your content
• Grant us a license to use, modify, and distribute your content on Ghostwriter
• Are responsible for ensuring your content is legal and appropriate
• Agree not to violate any third-party rights

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use Ghostwriter will cease immediately
• We may remove or delete any content you have provided
• All provisions of the Terms which should survive termination shall survive

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Ghostwriter, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use Ghostwriter
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from Ghostwriter
• Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted through our service
• Any errors or omissions in any content

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will:

• Provide at least 30 days notice prior to any material changes taking effect
• Notify you through the service or via email of any changes
• Indicate at the top of this page when the Terms were last updated

Your continued use of Ghostwriter after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
